We’re committed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if for any reason you need to return your order, we’ve made the process simple.

If the product has not been dispatched, you can cancel the order at no additional cost.

How long do I have to return my order?

Orders are eligible for return within 48 hours of receipt of the order.

How do I initiate a return?

Write to us at support@theightstore.ae outlining your return request along with details such as your order number, invoice, date of receipt, and photos showing the defect. Please note that it may take our team 4–5 business days to review and respond. Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects.

Are there any charges for returns?

 A processing charge of AED 85 (UAE based orders)  will be applicable on all returns alongwith the actual forward and return shipment charges borne by the company.

The return charged will be deducted from the amount due for refund. The amount refunded will be: Price of the product paid - (AED 85 processing charges + actual cost of forward shipment + actual cost of return shipment)

Can I return or exchange a cap if it doesn’t fit?

Due to health and safety reasons, the headwear cannot be returned or exchanged for any reasons other than manufacturing defects.

What items are non-returnable?

Sale items, free gifts, and promotional items are ineligible for returns.

  • International orders are currently not eligible for return

How many times can I register for a return or exchange?

You may register for a return or exchange only once per order.

When can my return be rejected?

All our returns are processed through a standard quality check process upon the receipt of returned articles to our warehouse. If the item is not returned with its original packaging or appears to be used or worn, we would be unable to issue a refund.

However, if willing to reclaim the item, the customer can pay additional charges to get the same article shipped back to their original address.

How soon will I receive my refund?

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

  • Upon receiving and verifying the return claim, we will initiate the refund.

  • In case a customer opts for self shipping no amount will be deducted from the refund amount, provided the returned product passes the quality checks.

If my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?

Please contact us at support@theightstore.ae within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
